SUMMARY:Thursday Club
DESCRIPTION:Thursday Club is run by the Council for residents who are seeki
 ng a place to socialise and engage in a varied programme of activities.\n\n
 We meet on the first and third Thursday of each month in the Garden Room\, 
 Community Centre from 2.00pm to 3.30pm.\n\nOur programme of events includes
  trips out\, interesting speakers\, games afternoons\, taking part in exerc
 ise sessions or just the opportunity for a chat. We also have a summer and 
 Christmas event each year which are always well attended and thoroughly enj
 oyed.\n\nWe charge just £2.00 for tea and cake with any outings or a few ac
 tivities costing extra. We can also offer lifts for those who need one.\n\n
 Please call the Parish Council Office on 01342 822661 and ask for Amanda or
  email info@forestrow.gov.uk if you would like more information\, or please
  feel free to just come along on a week that interests you. We’d love to se
 e you. There will always be a very warm welcome for anyone wanting to come 
 along and join us.
